Group Prenatal Gatherings are exclusively for our birth doula clients and cover a variety of topics. Partners are always welcome and refreshments will be served.

We will share what items you may want in your personal labor toolkit: everything from massage tools to essential oils to cold packs. PLUS, we'll all get to take turns trying everything out! This will be an interactive and informative topic that will help you get ready for labor.
