Fundraising Film Series: Benefiting Open Arms

At AustinBorn, we believe business can (and should!) be both profitable and charitable. We're pleased to present a quarterly film series benefiting charities that support the wellbeing of women and babies.

On Friday, October 24 from 5:30–7:00pm we'll host an intimate happy hour screening of 'When the Bough Breaks' a short documentary that asks why women of color in the US have significantly worse birth outcomes than caucasian women. We'll wrap-up the evening with a Q & A session with the midwives of Central Texas Birth Center.

Your ticket purchase benefits The Open Arms Program, a project of the Central Texas Birth Center providing low-cost and free midwifery care to families in need. Ticket includes complimentary refreshments.
