Prenatal Yoga

The restorative practice of yoga has many mental and physical health benefits. 

Prenatally, yoga helps with breath awareness and core strengthening which both aid in labor and birth. Postpartum, yoga gently restores your new body and can be relaxing way to incorporate "me" time to your new life with baby.  Babies are welcome at Mommy & Me classes!

Our one convenient pass is good for attendance to multiple activities: prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga, postpartum support group, and breastfeeding support group. 

12-session pass is $120 ($10/session)

24-session pass is $192 ($8/session)
