Postpartum Fitness Series (6 of 6)

Being a new mom is hard. Period. Wether it’s your first baby or your fourth, getting your body back in the game can be tough! 

This 6 week series is designed to help get your body moving and functioning again. With all of the changes your body went through during pregnancy and birth, I am here to guide you back into the world of mobility, muscle activation, and movement patterns.

Taugh by personal trainer and doula, Kat Grosshaupt, each class builds on the previous one with an educational focus, strength work, nutrition focus, and a good sweat sesh to finish. This class is for ALL levels and backgrounds. Come join other moms who are right there with you!

Included:

*6 classes that meet once per week(non-mobile babies welcome!)
*Class Manual with extra workouts, recipes, local and online resources, and journaling prompts
*Specific exercises geared towards the postpartum Mom’s body
*Nutrition guidance and accountability, especially for nursing moms!
*Weekly Homework focusing on integrating the “old you” with the “new you”
*Private Facebook Group
